Sharing memory
You can share a memory area with a colleague, including its nested areas.
Invite a colleague

Ask the assistant to create an invitation:
Give read access to “work/deliveries” and show me the invitation code.

Send the code to your colleague.

Your colleague connects mnemos with their own account and asks:
Accept this invitation to a memory area:
code.
After accepting, your colleague can search the shared area.
Choose permissions
| Access | What your colleague can do |

| Read | View events and facts in the area. |
| Write | Read and add notes to your memory under their own name. |
To let a colleague contribute:
Create an invitation to “work/deliveries” with write access.
Instructions, pinned notes and recurring task state are not shared.
Review or revoke access
Show who has access to my areas and their permissions.
Revoke this colleague's access to “work/deliveries”.
Revocation takes effect on their next request. You can also cancel an unused invitation:
Cancel the invitation to “work/deliveries” that has not been accepted yet.
