Memory areas

Areas keep personal notes, work topics and projects separate. For example:

work/deliveries
work/project-atlas
personal/health

Create an area and save a note

Create “work/deliveries” for agreements with suppliers.

Save the outcome of today's call in “work/deliveries”.

Choose areas by topic or project. You do not need an area for each person: you can find information about them by name.

Show my memory areas and how many notes each contains.

Show notes without an area.

Notes without an area are stored at the root of memory.

Find everything about delivery dates in “work”.

Searching “work” includes “work/deliveries” and other nested areas.

Move the note about yesterday's call to “work/deliveries”.

To rename or merge the areas themselves, use the app or ask your administrator. A merge cannot automatically be undone to separate the notes again.
