/api/entities/:id/routes

Walks the graph BACKWARD from the entity and returns the people who reach it, shortest route first. It is not a mode of recall and answers a different question: recall ranks by closeness to words, so a question naming no person never starts at one, and a densely connected neighbour buries the single link that reaches the target. Nothing here is ranked — a route exists or it does not.

Ended relationships are walked and marked: somebody who USED to work there is one of the three ordinary ways in.

leads is a SEPARATE list and is not routes: chains resting on an overlap in time that nobody stated. An overlap says neither that the two ever met nor that either can be asked for anything — it is where the connection nobody writes down lives, and it is a thing to check rather than to act on.
