Persistent memory and a market-access graph: source episodes, people, organizations, projects, phases, schedules, dependencies, capabilities and access paths. Record planned dates separately from actual validity/lifetimes; project state belongs in facts, executable steps and deadlines in todos. Agents write separate sourced relationships and capabilities; recording prose does not extract a graph. Routes show recorded links. Access and decision authority require separate verification. Preserve conditions and validity dates. Changed states explicitly supersede old facts; ended states are closed with history retained.
