Who is calling: the user — id, login and the name at the issuer

GET 
/api/me

The user id is the memory key, carried by tenant, author and access grantee. Who it is, is decided by the issuer account, not the login. The name is empty when the issuer does not know it. The client needs no issuer userinfo, which is available only with the openid scope.
